These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Beautiful Spirit, including mediumship readings, intuitive guidance sessions, healing sessions, mentoring, workshops, and events.
By booking or participating in any service offered by Beautiful Spirit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
NATURE OF SERVICES
All services offered by Beautiful Spirit are intended to provide spiritual insight, personal reflection, and support for personal development.
Mediumship, intuitive guidance, healing, and mentoring are complementary spiritual practices and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Clients are always responsible for their own decisions and actions following a session.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Appointments and event spaces may require a deposit or full payment in order to secure the booking.
Booking confirmation will normally be provided once payment or deposit has been received.
Where services are provided through third-party venues or organisers, their booking procedures may also apply.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment time.
Deposits are non-refundable, as the appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows the appointment time to be offered to another client.
Where 48 hours’ notice is provided, the deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment date.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the deposit.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in the loss of the booking fee or payment.
Where possible, genuine or exceptional circumstances will always be treated with understanding.
WORKSHOPS AND EVENTS
When attending workshops, circles, or events hosted by Beautiful Spirit, participants are expected to:
- Respect the confidentiality of others
- Maintain a supportive and respectful environment
- Be mindful of the personal experiences shared within group settings
Beautiful Spirit reserves the right to refuse or remove participation where behaviour disrupts the wellbeing or safety of others.
SESSION BOUNDARIES
All sessions are conducted within clear ethical boundaries.
Beautiful Spirit does not provide:
- Medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice
- Health diagnosis or treatment guidance
- Predictions relating to death, illness, or other distressing life events
- Guidance intended to influence or control another person’s choices
Sessions are intended to support personal empowerment and spiritual reflection.
Questions falling outside these boundaries may be gently redirected.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All personal information and experiences shared during sessions, readings, healing work, mentoring, or workshops are treated with respect and confidentiality.
Information shared by clients will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Services provided by Beautiful Spirit are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
